I've been where

you are now

I'm a certified personal trainer, menstrual cycle educator, and nutrition advisor. But before all of that, I was the woman calorie-restricting, demonising food groups, over-exercising, and sipping skinny teas because that's what the media told me to do. I even lost my period for a year as a result.

Graduating top of my class with a distinction at ETA College, coupled with years of deep research later, I rebuilt my health from the inside out and finally live a life that doesn't result in self sabotage or starting over on Monday.

Now I help other women do the same — by going back to basics, blocking out the noise and making health and fitness a lifestyle and not another 6 week challenge.

Do I need any gym equipment?

No. Sync Strong includes both home and gym training options, so you can follow the program wherever you prefer to train. Daniella will tailor your plan to your setup.

What is Trainerize and how does it work?

Trainerize is the app where your entire program lives. You'll download it after joining, and it's where you'll find your workouts, track progress, and message Daniella directly. It's simple to use and available on iOS and Android.

Do I need to track my cycle to join?

It helps, but it's not required. Daniella will help you understand and connect with your cycle as part of the program. Even if you're irregular, the Sync Strong method can be adapted to work for you.

Can I join if I'm on hormonal birth control?

Yes. While hormonal birth control affects your natural cycle, Daniella is experienced in working with women on various forms of contraception and will adapt your program accordingly.
